I am Mlife gold low roller ($400 a day slots) and wonder peoples opinion of keeping all of my play to the casino I am booked at.
I have stayed at MB or The Hotel the last 6 trips but I have spread my gaming out to all MGM casinos, am I hurting myself by doing this?
Heading out for 5 days over new years and just want to make sure I am playing the correct game as far as future offers go.

    Thanks in advance

When it comes to corporate offers, it is best to focus play at a single casino.

Supposedly, if you have a host they will base back end comps on total mlife play...but if you short play them at their central location they will be unhappy

Direct from my host at Aria "you earn express comps at other properties but when it comes time for the director to look at your play for back end etc they only look at percentage of gaming at home casino"

Based on a conversation with my host, they appreciate primary play at your host casino.

However, they cannot "mandate" that you play exclusively at the host casino. I told my host that I would be playing over at Aria since I had tickets for Zarkana that trip but would concentrate my mLife play at MGM Grand.

This will help preserve your relationship with your host casino.

Ditto to the other responses. If you have a host at a particular casino, or if you only want to stay and get offers from a specific casino, then yes, concentrate your play there. If you just want the usual Mlife perks and Express Comps and generic corporate offers then play wherever you want, those won't be affected.

    Thanks for all the replies.
I have never had a host at any casino and really dont spend enough to make it worth a hosts time.

I'm the kind of guy who is completely happy getting a couple of nights comped during my stay, but like anyone else I would like to get all I can.
If playing at MB is the best way to max my offers, that is what I will do! (and its an easier walk to the room if I enjoy numerous adult beverages)

Next question, can my wife and I keep our cards linked or should we both use a card in my name?

    Thanks again

The last question about linking cards depends on how much each of you play and what games you play.
I play table games and a little VP.
My wife plays very little and it is usually VP and some slots.
She just uses my card as her play would not generate any significant offers.

Linked or not, they still track play at the individual level. She should use the primary card.
