Any good places for some jazz music? Our musical taste is all over the place. We'll be at Gilley's for NYE but would love to find some jazz music for the night before. One of the few things I miss about my satellite radio, Stern and the jazz channels.
It was my understanding that Mandarin Bar had jazz, maybe just certain days of the week? I couldn't confirm it from the website. Let us know if you find some.

He's really good. Local casino up here in WA has flown him up for a weekend 2 years in a row now. Looks like he may have canceled all his shows until NYE? I sent him a FB message but it looks like he's in Hawaii at the moment and his manager is in El Paso with another great performer for shows there. Daniel started out playing at Red Rock Casino every Fri and Sat nights for 5 hours a night. Now he plays Lily Lounge at Bellagio, BLVD at Linq, Container Park and pops up all over downtown. He uploads a lot of shows to youtube. Just search for his name to find his channel. Would LOVE to see him again but if we can't I'd love to find some other really good live music. Might end up going and seeing Chadwick Johnson at Suncoast but it's not a real convenient place for us. Guess we'll see what our plans are that night.
