Specifically those that play identically or similarly to what PayTriple has laid out, do you find that you're getting rated as though it's a 2.70% game or that it is blended/weighted given the even money bets? We can't be certain, but best guesses are obviously welcome!

I can't imagine there is a special rating that's based on a system of betting.
They just tap the computer after watching the first spin so what ever the formula is loaded on the computer that decides.

I did not record the number of spins per session on my last trip, but did get the avg bet time and theo for each session. That is the missing information needed to answer your question. I'll try to collect this data on my next trip.

Please look up my last trip report, the details are there. In brief, I bet 3 units on 1-18 or 19-36, and 1 unit on a double street bet to cover another 6 numbers.

Yes half-back on even money bets if zero hits.

I've seen it for $25 minimum. When betting even money bets the the house edge is down to 1.3%. Your theo loss is less at $25 with euro rules than $10 or $15 with american rules. But of course the bitch that is variance can and will get you from time to time. I've got promo chips burning a hole in my pocket. Can't decide what to use them on.

I asked my host at Cosmo this question if euro roulette was rated as regular roulette. His answer was not what I was hoping for. He says they plug in the house edges, and you will be comped accordingly. So they do take into account the house edges, and are not rating it as regular roulette. Same goes for 6:5 BJ he was telling me.
