They both have saunas that are almost identical. Do you mean all the wet areas like jacuzzis, showers, plunge pools, deluge showers etc?

The steam room. But I would use the jacuzzi and the shower. I was impressed with Bellagio's steam room, very comfortable.

I've been to Wynn's Spa several times and Encores once. I will say that while both facilities have the same amenities such as Sauna, Steam Room etc, I found
Encore's Spa to be way nicer in over-all design. You can use Encore if you are staying at Wynn no problem. Encore is larger. I plan to use Encore's Spa in Feb.
There is no comparison between Wynn/Core and Bellagio. Bellagio is just a typical design no different that what you would find at say Aria.

Agree with mdee here. Encore spa's shared facilities like the sauna, steam room and hot tubs are more spacious compared to Wynn side. To me that is really the main difference, spaciousness of the Encore side.
