So wife and I are going to Vegas after Christmas, and we plan to use our $100 Diamond Celebration Voucher...
It's only valid at certain places; but knowing that, we want to use it at a Steakhouse for a nice dinner.
    Right now the runnings are:
    Ruth's Chris Steakhouse (Harrah's)
    Striphouse (Planet Hollywood)
    Voodoo Steakhouse (Rio)

What we want is someplace that would be between $90-$110 for two dinners (entrees only; as we don't get appetizers or cocktails)
    Any other suggestions?

Striphouse (Planet Hollywood) is my usual.

You might be underestimating the cost as 2 steaks alone will cost the $100 at most of the steakhouses.

You might also want to look at BLT at Bally's. There are 20% off coupons that you can find around town.

Kris will probably get something OTHER than steak (chicken, most likely), but yeah we just don't want to spend $80, we'd rather PAY a little bit, than not get the full value of the voucher...
BLT aye? I'll check that out too

Remember....most of those places you would be paying for side dishes too ....so....the $50+ steak & $30+ chicken should be over $100 if you get side or salad each .....

Might look at the Ruth's Classic Dinner http://www.ruthschris.com/promotions/ruths-classics/ if you haven't been there before. From 44 to 56 per person it includes salad or chowder, entree (stuffed chicken for her and a variety of steaks for you), a side (smoky chipotle fingerling potatoes are pretty good), and desert.
