    My Trip Report

I decided to take a quick stab at my local casino, Pechanga, last night. I only brought $2k, with the hopes of only playing $1k. The other $1k was just a tilt buffer...don't want to use it, but there just in case i can't control the chase. This was going to be a true hit-n-run trip as I was going to play $50 ante UTH and one spin on a HL slot. Playing with $1k at $50 ante UTH auyomatically put me in chase mode from the start, as that is hardly enough to handle the variance in the game. I would either win right away, or go bust after a few hands. As to be expected, I ended up busting after a few hands...lol. I walked over to HL slots, pulled $200 from the chase money and inserted the two bills into a $100 Quick Hit Slot (or as Packer would say...slut). BAM...money back!

Sweet little $10k hit. As usual, I try not to draw attention to myself when hitting handpays (don't want anyone following me home), so I sat quietly at another bank of slots until the SA came back with my wad of bens.

Now I have a little extra to burn in Vegas in December!

That is totally awesome. GREAT Hit. I went to Pechanga once. I liked the place. Was coming back from Vegas to go San Diego and stop in for a quick hit. I only won 1k playing a few hands of blackjack. Guess I should have try the Sluts/ Slots.

Very nice pic and great hit.

Nice Hit! I lost a fortune in the high limit room at Pechanga a few weeks ago.

TY all...Pechanga has been a vacuum to my bankroll for the past 3 months, so it's nice to get a little rebate. Funny thing is when you look at my win/loss statement every year for Pechanga, slots always shows a win, while tables always shows a huge loss...should be the other way around.

The slots here definitely gives one false hope when going to vegas.

They are my local casino, and they pissed me off by taking all my comps, not going back for awhile

Great hit! I too was there about a month ago to golf. Stayed one night and played a little. Won over 3,500.00 in about 25 minutes of my dark side bets. The funny or sad thing about the people who go there (Present company excluded of course) is they wont leave. It went point 7, point 7, point 7, point 7.... You would figure people would walk away but know they keep going into their wallets. Then again point 7, point 7, point 7, point 7 and I was the one who walked not them..

I was told, a couple years ago, that those tables were +EV...people could count the cards and the dark side was the way to play with the count. I don't know how they were counting, or if it is even possible now, but I believe Stephen How wrote the strategy on his site, discountgambling.net

lmao, such a story. Pala I had MAD comps last year, then I was invited to a slot tournament a year ago and then VIP 500.00 drawings almost back to back. I won the tournament in 5th place plus I was the highest round score, so I cashed 2500... and i went to the drawings and played a TON, gave them so much money, also happened to be the day my refund come in from Taxes, and played all that and more, like 3k in a day, and then all my comps went away.. so nada there, and Rincon took my points when I presented my card for the discount and went to chase after my child, there was like 5 of us, and then next day I went to Vegas. Checked my points when I came home, and noticed that Rincon took points from all of us without permission, and the manager there refused to return points, offer me anything for free, etc so I don't go there. and Valley view too took it all. makes no sense to me when I spent too much there per month, consistently.
so I go to Pechanga for my freeplay that I still have and Pauma is where i go, they don't stiff me

Wow...that is a story! Pechanga has only been screwing me at UTH...just can't book a win on that game there for the past 3 months. I should take it as a clue that the highest denomination chip they have in the chip tray, for that game, is $100. They must not expect anyone to win more than a handful of them...lol.

I still have not set foot into Pauma yet, but I always see a bunch of cars turn in whenever I go to Rincon. One day I will turn in myself!

Yea, I was like I spent my tax refund that morning, as I can NEVER sleep at Pala or Rincon, just at Pechanga, and its 10 mins away so I love it, obviously. Pauma treats me well, but the others suck!
Maybe we should all meet up at one of the hotels and have a drink and watch a pro gamble, lol

    Who would that Pro be??
I have to say, that I've only been to Rincon and Barona, and BOTH have treated me VERY well.
Also, we took a stop in to ValleyView, but only to get the free lobster buffet (which turned out to be a $40 dining credit for THAT night, PLUS two free lobster buffets for the next!)

Rincon is my favorite during the summer...the kids love the lazy river...lol. All of us SoCal VMB degenerates should get a Cabana or two at Rincon next summer. We can set the kids afloat in the lazy river, as we all talk about how we wish we were in Vegas.

If you used to go to Pechanga a lot, I am sure we have walked by eachother plenty of times. I used to go there almost on a daily basis. All the day shift dealers could spot me from across the casino...lol. Lately, I have only been able to get out there late at night, so my weekly $100 matchplay pretty much gets forfeited. It is also too late for me to eat, so all my monthly food credit goes to waste as well. The monthly Easy Play is pretty much the only thing I can take advantage of.

You can be the pro...show us how to win on VP! Next time you head down this way, send me a PM!

Let me know when & where for the local meetup. I will do my best to make it.

I'm sure I have seen you all as I am in the local casinos at least once a week.
