It is on the strip. Between PH and MGM.

I've thought about it before, but never stayed there. I've always thought a strip view with the balcony would be nice, but I'm sure those rooms account for only a small percentage of the rooms.

Wish I could provide more info.

It's one of those places like Jockey Club that doesn't have a casino, but it's close to many. Jockey Club is sandwiched between Cosmopolitan and Bellagio. Never stayed at either of these two places so I can't vouch for their quality.

stayed at the JC a few times courtesy of a friend. this was before it was sandwiched. used to sit on the balcony overlooking the dunes golf course and handicap the days races.
rooms were very nice. had the pimlico room room one time which reminded me of a brothel. round bed, mirrored ceiling.

from what i hear now, there really is no view if that's what you're into.

I stayed there back in 1996 when I used to go to a very big conference called Comdex. Think CES but for the computer industry. Everything was booked and that is all I could get through a travel agent friend of mine (not too many of those left).. I remember the room being small but adequate. That's not to say there are not bigger rooms. It was nice and a short walk to the MGM. I do remember hitting up Fatburger several times for late night eats. Yes no casino but that is not a big deal IMO.

Stayed there about 2 years ago. Not bad, rooms arent over the top but i thought they were clean and adequate. Depending on the room you get you could have a full sized kitchen since these are technically condos. The location is pretty nice and if you have a room in the front of the building the balcony is pretty cool at night.

Never could get into there when I had my T/S and believed me I tried( for the 15 yrs or so I switched out to LV). At all the major ones on or very near the strip I stayed at some many times.. The Carriage House and aforementioned J.C.

Stayed there 2 years ago. My first mistake was getting the smaller room. It comes with a Murphy bed that when down takes the whole room up. So go for the next level. Also the walk to MGM Planet Hollywood was not bad and honestly other then my small room it was all good.

ROFL! I haven't seen one of those for decades! I'm very surprised that any Las Vegas hotel has them!

I've stayed in many different hotels in Vegas over the years. I stayed at the Polo Towers a couple months back booking it through Hotwire. I've always thought the Polo Towers was a joke, but I honestly must say, don't knock something until you try it. It was just a studio room, but the balcony was sweet. I could clearly see the MGM Grand, the Paris, and Planet Hollywood directly in front of my Balcony. It had a nice 42" flat screen and the room was generally quite and neat. Plus considering you are right across the street from City Center and Planet Hollywood the location is pretty cool. So although it doesn't have a casino, that shouldn't be a problem as you are flanked by major resorts on all side. Plus there is a 7-11 right in front of the place. It's not my first choice, but I definitely wouldn't mind staying there again.

The rooftop pool is basic but the view is fantastic, great place to take it all in with a drink before a night on the town.
