We just got back from LV a few days ago (it was our 1st trip. Anyway, while at the roulette table in Monte Carlo, the "pit boss" as they call him :confused: gave my boyfriend a plyers card called the One Club. He said that we should check with them for any comps that were given. But we didnt have a chance to do so at that time. We weren't staying at MC we stayed at Harrah's. Anyway my question is...my boyfriend lost the card and so when we went back to check for comps their system was down. How do we get another one? Or how do we check if we got anything? :confused: Not quite sure how it works

When you return, you can pick up a new card at any of the Mandalay properties. All points that you earned are retained in their computer system.

However, after a year or two of non-use the account will become inactive-which will close your account.

Unless they changed it, 18 months is the time limit. You can always just call the hotel to see if you have any room comps, just ask to speak to the slot desk.
