Ram,

I think this is the new WSOP Circuit that is a competitor to the World Poker Tour. These events are being held in Atlantic City, New Orleans, Las Vegas and other places and being broadcast by ESPN. The regular WSOP that we are all familiar with is actually much later this year and starts I think in June.
