As promised, a quick review of Tom at MGM - we went to see him last night, what a hoot!
Old ladies throwing there Knickers on stage, cat calls from the audience ("I love you Tom"), a creepy stalker Tom Jones /Wayne Newton hybrid lookalike (I swear he was about to go onstage himself as Tom was being introduced), a bit of flirting with an old lady who left her husband in Atlantic City (she asked Tom "If the old house was still standing?")
The whole show was very good, he still has the voice, perhaps the moves were a bit stiffer than in his youth, and the audience interaction was great.
Gregrio, I said I'd let you know how the show was - def something to look forward to - you'll have a grest time
