Basic rates calender Bellagio

We want to stay at the Bellagio (2007/05/08-2007/05/16).
If I check the basic rates calendar, the rates for the days: 13/14/15 is $199.
If I search the availability, the rates for these days are: $299.
If I book the room only for these days the availability search will show $199.
Do we get a higher rate because of the length of our stay ?

You know , I noticed this also. The same with the Mirage. I really don`t understand that. It must be something about the lenght of the stay.

I had the same problem when booking online and when I called the hotel(The Mirage) they even said it that was strange. So they charged me the higher rate for the first night and the other nights were at the lower rate just like on the calendars website. I still don't know why the websites do that. So just call the hotel and talk to a live body and they should help you out. Hope this helps. Good luck.
