Is it JUST for locals? My move-in date is 2/8... but I'll be in town before then and I bet my best friend would love to see the show!

When I booked, today, I was told I need to present my NV ID in order to pick up the tickets. Not sure if that's only the case for tickets purchased at the $60 price. I'd suggest calling the box office to check the details of the offer.
