How/Where to get POV and/or ACG coupons?

My wife and I have booked a trip Aug 5-11. I haven't been to vegas in 20 years. I have been browsing this forum for as much information as I can.

Where can I obtain/purchase the coupons that have been mentioned? Are these available in Vegas once I arrive or should I try to get them in advance.

Staying at TI.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

You can buy the POV (http://www.lasvegasadvisor.com/whyjoin-pocketbookofvalueslist.cfm) here. You can have it shipped or pick it up in Vegas 9-5 weekdays. The office is located just northerly of Rio on Procyon one building up from Twain, a couple minute drive from TI if you have a car.
