Hello everyone, I'm new to this board. Thanks for reading my message.

Okay, so I've racked up enough points to claim a Wagerworks prize. Going to be in Vegas from Sunday, Jan. 13th thru Weds. Jan 16th, and would like to claim at least two prizes from the gaming site. What I would like to know is Buccanner Bay resturant open for business again, and will the Treasure Island folks accept my prize claim? I'm going to print out each email I get from Wagerworks, for prize claim proof.

Also, have other claimed prized with no problems? I read back on another thread that someone got his prize "lost" by the casino? Also, I'd like to know just how many prizes can you claim in a year, and if the Wagerworks company is honoring their prizes? I always feel like the rug is going to be pulled out from under me, so I suppose I should call first and ask...just hoping that things will work out for me and I can have a good trip to Vegas. It's the first time for me and my hubby...Hopefully one of many more trips to Sin City!

Thanks for any help!

Hey everyone!

It's been several hours now since I claimed my two prizes, one free Mirage buffet, and one free Dolphin Encounter. When can I expect the confirmation emails to arrive? Within 24 hours? Is there a time limit of when I have to contact the casinos? I guess I'm used to "instant emails" but this is kinda ridiculous. I keep logging into my email account waiting for all the confirmations, and its been around 4-5 hours now with no email. Don't they have an automatic email system set up, or does a human being respond to you?
Kinda confused and would like to know I really won these prizes...any help would be greatly appriciated.

Also, how easier was Wagerworks before they changed the system? Were you able to get free rooms no problem? The point system they have now set up seems crazy to me...just getting over 6000 points seemed to be a mircale for me.

I now have Tasker set up on my machine and it's easier now, but still frustrating. Also what about the slot clubs, can you get some of these prizes for free by signing up?

Just would like to be sure I won!

Squirrely Wagerworks is right! That Buccanner Bay 2 for 1 deal is now GONE! I was trying to rack up points for that one. Maybe it will come back? Also the system seems to be updated now...takes longer to play PB, there are definate game time lags each time I play, every 8th click I get a lag...guess the servers are overloaded?

still playing...need help with other cheap or free deals too!

Did you get a response from them yet? I've only redeemed one thing from them and I seem to recall it took a few hours for my email to come.

I'd give it a day. If you're worried, check your account info to be sure the email address is correct.

Thanks Sonya and Compulsive Gambler. I was getting worried. Still no email yet, and I've redeemed two prizes. Just wanted to make sure that the company was honoring their giveaways.

Hope they will contact me tomorrow. The email address is correct.

Thanks!

I recieved email confirmtion within 24 hours. I responded by phone to MGM Grand for free buffet dinner. Got verbal confirmation and wrote down name and all info. We go to Las Vegas on the 20th so I'll let you know how it all worked out.

I received confirmation for some prizes off of wagerworks that I am using in February within 24 hours of redeeming the points.

You should have already received your e-mail confirmation number. If you haven't received it within one business day, as posted above, you may want to contact wagerorks directly about it at help@wagerworks.com .

Here is the Mirage redemption phone number also if you would like to try and contact them about the reservation. 866 665 1444

Regarding tracker, I'm not familiar with the program, but it sounds like a big no-no as wagerworks is concerned. See below from their terms and conditions.

Members that violate this policy will not be eligible for restatement under different screen names until further notice. WagerWorks and its affiliates reserve all legal rights and remedies against members who violate the rules and regulations associated with WagerWorks membership.

That being said, I'm glad I found this website and was able to use wagerworks for a free room at New York, New York and buffets. Thanks Sonya and everyone else!!!

Okay, I won't use Tracker anymore for points. Anyway, I've redeemed both my prizes and can't wait to use them next week at the Mirage. Hmm...a DSL connection like I have is probably the best way to get points, that and playing almost everyday for about an hour. However, the best you could probably get for a few hours play is around 200 points. So no cheating! ;)

Even with DSL, the games are very slow in racking up points. You'd have to sit there at the computer for HOURS to get enough points. I suppose I'll play thru the year to get points, every so often. Wagerworks redeemed the prizes no problems, so it seems like a cool promotion.

So if you are looking to rack up points in a day, forget it...it takes FOREVER to get one of those 4000 point buffets. Maybe not even worth it, if you join the slot clubs, or get check-in deals....

I've found that if you ask for check-in deals, like Treasure Island's new on this month, you can get things like the 2 for 1 buffet free...without clicking your life away....

Hope this helps...I like the system...but won't click forever again!

i HAVE CLOSE TO 25,000 points and havent been clicking for ever. I have a DSL connection and play in the mornings around 8 or 9am central time. It goes really fast for me. When I play in the late afternoon (5pm or so) or evening it is really really slow. I am saving my points to get all the buffets for my trip in June. That's a lot of points so I had better get clicking. Can anyone tell me about EFX Alive show? Is it worth going to see?
