It is due ti the Wilpons getting rid of the Doubledays and the Mets bringing up their home grown talent instead of trading them away.

I hated to see Piazza go but Loduca is some ballplayer and between David Wright and Jose Reyes we have some left side of the infield and we didn't even have to overpay for A-Rod...
