POV question

OKay I Have the POV, but the coupons ALL state, not valid torn out..or something like that. Yet people are always wanting to trade them..wouldn't that be impossiable?

That is an EXCELLENT question. They all say that but I don't think I ever saw anyone who watch to see you. Besides you could just slip it into the pages and pull it out and hand the person and who's to know?

The 2004 ACG required that the coupon not be torn out ahead of time and many places watched closely for that. In 2005 that changed, but some places still confuse the ACG with the POV. I have heard mentioned that Ellis Island was one place that would not accept ACG match play coupons if they were torn out ahead of time. In Nov 05 I tried to use an ACG Buffet coupon at Arizona Charlies and the hostess was unwilling to accept it until I insisted that she check with a supervisor, who then advised her that the coupon could be detached. That was almost a year after the requirement was changed.

Perhaps some places don't pay as much attention and you may have some luck sliding a few through. And you could always take a chance trading coupons you aren't going to use anyway. But I think it might be difficult with the POV coupons.
