High Speed Internet

Hello all Vegas locals! My sister recently moved to the northern part of Las Vegas near the Centennial shopping center. She would like to get non-cable high speed internet access (most likely a DSL line). She has tried a bunch of different companies, but they are not available in her area. Does anyone have any suggestions for who she could try?

If she's too far away from the central office she will not be eligible for DSL from any provider. The infrastructure on that side of town is still being developed, she could try to contact Sprint to see when a central office will be built near her neighborhood. If they could tell her that, then she'll know approx. how long before she'll be available for DSL service.

FWIW: Originally, we had Sprint DSL, but later we cancelled the service for Cox High-Speed Internet. Cox has provided us with far better service and it's far more reliable than the DSL we had with Sprint.
