Status of the "new" Record City

Has the new Record City opened on Las Vegas Blvd (in the old location of Odyssey Records)? When we were there in July, things were being held up for building permits, etc., etc.

They weren't able to open that location because the building wasn't up to codes, I think it might of been condemned...

Instead, a new store was opened at Commerce/Oakey (West of Main St.). Another location, closer to the Strip, is at 300 E Sahara Ave (East of Paradise).
