Apple Cheesecake Recipe? Anyone?

I'm looking to make a very seasonal apple cheesecake. Problem is, all the recipes I can find are really plain cheesecakes with some kind of apple topping. I'm looking for something where the apples are all mixed in.

Has anyone ever done this or have a recipe? I can experiment, but I'm afraid the moisture in the apples will throw off the cheesecake consistency if I'm not careful.

My best friend has a kick-ass apple cheesecake, but even though the apples are baked with the cheesecake, it is as a topping (think similar to pineapple upside down cake).

Sure. If it's not much trouble. I'll give it a shot. Sounds like more of what I'm looking for.
