Hi everyone, I am in Vegas next weekend, the clocks in England go back an hour next Sunday Morning. Is it the same in Vegas?

Yes, it is next weekend. At 2 a.m. Sunday morning.
Just think, an extra hour in Las Vegas!

i thought i had read somewhere where the president had extended daylight savings time for three more weeks, as an energy conservation measure. anyone know if that indeed came to pass?
The parts of the USA that observe Daylight Saving Time set the clock back one hour to standard time at 2 am on Sunday, October 30, 2005. A few states (and even parts of states) do not observe DST at all (including Arizona, so figure that into your plans if you head out to the Grand Canyon).
In 2007 the period of Daylight Saving Time in United States will be extended to start around 3 weeks earlier and last to the first Sunday in November.

Thanks for that. Makes my $59 Weekend rate seem even better.

Your right but they figure it will take GW a couple years to figure out how to turn all the clocks back in the white house, so it takes affect in 2007.

thanks, bobby, for the info.
i just wish they would pick one time, for me daylight time works best, but i know for others standard time fits their schedules better, and then stick with it year around.
