Caesars or Treasure Island

I am returning to vegas in march for the 8th time,but two of my party have never been.I have managed to get the same rates for caesars and TI.$69 sun-thur $89 fri.I have stayed at caesars and loved it,but have not stayed at TI.Which one would you choose?

I love Treasure Island. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Thanks alot,i was hoping you might say that as i have stayed at 9 different hotels but not TI.I was also worried about the construction work going on.
