Vegas Apartments

I'm not looking to move to Sin City, but I am curious about these apartment complexes and the neighborhoods they are in. If you locals know anything about the apartments or the area, give me your opinions. I am listing them with the apartment name first, the street address, the region of town and the lowest listed monthly rate for a one bedroom. Some of these may be outside Las Vegas proper.

Cayman Bay, 605 North Rainbow, Northwest Area, $605

Mayan Plaza, 1700 Alta Drive, West, $715

Pacific Harbors at Sunrise, East Sahara, East, $720

This information is from apartments.com and I have no idea how accurate it is. This is mostly to satisfy my own curiosity. Thanks.

Cayman Bay is in a decent area. The housing in that general area is relatively cheap. The proximity to Summerlin makes it desirable. Close to the 95/Summerlin Pkwy. Retail and commercial buildings are nearby.

I'm not familiar with areas around Mayan Plaza or Pacific Harbors.

I wasn't looking that hard, mostly out of curiosity. I'm sure there are plenty of websites that could answer your questions with a simple Google or Yahoo search.

I'm not familiar with the area where Oasis Ridge is located. When I've been nearby, I've always been on the 95 so I'm not able to offer any comments on the neighborhoods in that area. All I can offer is a reported crime comparison.

For comparison, using the same perimeters for a one mile radius of my address, 34 crimes have been reported. 19 of which where family disturbance, runner up was other disturbances, followed by 2 burglaries.
