If this goes through, and by the sound of things it probably will, it would mean that you would be able to gamble wirelessly while on property at Nevada casinos, even if not on the casino floor.

That means the pool, restaurants, etc...

My understanding is that your room is NOT included - only public spaces.

Thoughts?

At least right now...it doesn't appeal to me.
The over all experience of Las Vegas for me is
the different enviroments that the town provides.

When I'm in a bar, I want to soak up and enjoy
that experience...club, restaurant, pool, coffeeshop, showroom......for me, are to be
enjoyed for 'that' time.

THE CASINO has it's very unique intoxicating,
magical, variety of sounds, smells and sights that creates an enviroment for me that I couldn't
take with me as I wonder around.

I don't play KENO at breakfast...I eat.
I wouldn't want to gamble at poolside, there's
plenty of other distractions to entertain my
eyes there, and I wouldn't want to be distracted by a wireless gaming toy from that...
I'll keep my play on the magic of the casino floor.
...........of course, if the beautiful, hot,
thong clad, European sun bathers are playing
with 'their' wireless gaming toys...I'll watch them play!

Although the technology seems really interesting, I think it's going way overboard. I love gizmos and all but I just can't seem to get past the idea of people walking around fixated on these devices.

Don't we have a enough problems with kids and their GameBoys walking slow in grocery store eisles?

Yeah, I'm not crazy about it either...
