Has anyone been to the Rat Pack show at the Greek Isles? How is it? Is it worth the 50 bucks to get in? Do you think these ticket would be available at tickets 2nite?

My girlfriend and I saw this show in August. It is indeed available at Tickets2Nite (that's how we got our tickets) if that night's show isn't sold out. The show is a LOT of fun. The Sammy impersonator had his voice and mannerisms down COLD! The other performers did a great job as well. The band was swingin'! The theater is small and intimate, but that just added to the throwback vibe. We sat in a round booth near the back and really felt like VIP's from the Sixties.
A few months later I watched the real Rat Pack in "their only known filmed performance," as it's billed on the Live And Swingin' CD/DVD, and I thought back to the Greek Isles show, and I was amazed at how close they came. I read after the fact that Sandy Hackett has a lot to do with the show; he not only plays Joey Bishop but, being the son of Buddy Hackett, grew up around that environment and is also pretty close personally with the real Joey Bishop (still calls him "Uncle Joey"), using him as a consultant.
As an added bonus, on the way out, we were offered free tickets to come back there later that night and see the comedy-hypnotist show, which we unfortunately ended up missing. So if you get your tickets through Tickets2Nite, you could possibly end up getting 2 tickets each for 2 different shows for about the price of just one full-price Rat Pack show ticket.

That sounds like it would be a good time. What is tickets2nite and how do I go about getting them? Any idea on what night the show plays?

Tickets2Nite is a store in the Showcase Mall on the Strip. Look for the giant Coke bottle and M&M World, next to the MGM Grand. They are open at 2PM every day. Some days there can be pretty serious lines, so go early. They have monitors that display what shows they have tickets for that day, so you don't have to ask the cashier.
As far as the Rat Pack show, according to the show's own website, it runs Thursday through Tuesday (dark Wednesday) at 7PM, dinner seating beginning at 5:30PM.
If you go, enjoy it. It truly is a lot of fun.

According to other posts on this board, Tickets2Nite has moved further north on the Strip and is now next to the Harley Davidson cafe....
