i'll be spending my first new year's eve in vegas. i actually moved to henderson, nv 2 months ago, so i'm a local now...
i'm 27 and will be going out with my girlfriend. most of the clubs are charging covers around $100. anyone know of any good parties that are less expensive than that?
also, has anyone been to the fremont street party? it says it's $35 to get in, but i want to know how they prevent people from walking in for free, since every casino downtown has an exit into fremont street.
if all else fails, we'll just be wandering around the strip with all the other aimlessly broke people in vegas that weekend.
