Anyone ever get comped into a club?

With the lines some of these places have I'd be happy with a line pass. Has anyone ever gotten in for free on a comp?

if you're a guest of the rio, you get a line pass and comp admission to bikini. not that you would need a line pass. there's never a line for that place.

if you're a suite guest at the mandalay bay, they give you comp admission for 2 to foundation room. nicest club on the strip.

n9egroup.com site has free guestlist for thurs @ rain somewhere on the site. i used that and went this past thursday, but thought it was horrible.

promoters distribute vip cards that give you comp or $5 entry + line pass. i've seen them for drai's, baby's, bikini and ra.

I've had some luck finding promoters flyers at a few shops on the Strip, but never for any of the more popular clubs.

I tried to go to Baby's once, but the line was wrapped around the casino before the doors even openned.

Nice tip about the Foundation Room. I'm guessing that is only for people who pay for the suite and not those that get a free upgrade right?

as long as you're staying in a suite at the mandalay bay, you are eligible to recieve comp entry for 2 at the foundation room. however, monday night is the only really good night at that club. other nights are a little quiet.

baby's is an ok club, but it's really small and the layout sort of sucks.

i've never liked rain b/c of the layout and the crappy resident djs. it feels like you're at a bar mitzvah when the djs are saying corny one-liners all night. also, 1/2 the club is closed off to vip only so it's not very fun if you're NOT spending $300 on a vip bottle.

my pleasure. just remember, my opinions are... very opinionated. =) you just might like rain. i just feel like there are better venues and better times to be had elsewhere.
