Staying at NYNY, and I heard it before that they provide free passes to their clubs, S 54.

Does any one know how many for a 4 day stay? Are there any restrictions?

Whats the best club to get into with a pack of 5 guys and NO girls. :( I have been hearing horror stories aboout lines and the selection process.

54 is at the MGM Grand.

Rain is the best club in town, hands. The wait is awful tho...most of the time is a few hours. We went to vegas.com and bought front of the line passes for the night we went, and got in in about 5 minutes.

If you are going to head there, that's the best bet. It costs an extra $20, but Rain is worth it, in my opinion.

nyny has no clubs to speak of. coyote is a loud sort of bar, but it's no nightclub. i disagree w/ rain being the best nightclub in town. most popular, yes. also the longest lines, but definitely not the best club in town. the dancefloor is WAY too small for a club that size and about 40% of the property is closed off to VIP bottle service only. also i dislike the layout of the place. small circular dancefloor surrounded by a circular walkway/bar. you end up walking in circles all night. =\

i've been to just about every single club in LV. my choices are:

Sunday - Light @ Bellagio
Monday - Foundation Room @ Mandalay Bay
Tuesday - Studio 54 @ MGM
Wednesday - China Grille @ Mandalay Bay
Thursday - Baby's @ Hard Rock
Friday - Whiskey Sky/Drop Bar @ GVR
Saturday - Ra @ Luxor

China Grille is a night club? I ate dinner there once and never noticed anything but diners...guess they do a good job of hiding it, or I'm just blind. I'll be at MB in August so I'll swing back by and check it out.

Spin, you really head all the way down to GVR to party? What's the appeal?

I swear I had seen a site that had one day VIP passes you could buy for Rain but I can't find them now. Anyone know of such a thing or am I confused in my research overload?

lmadrid-
china grille becomes a nightclub after 11pm on wednesday nights. i think they call it dragon or something. it's mostly a local crowd.

loridmc-
whiskey sky is great place to party on friday & sat nights. the 20 min drive to henderson can be a pain in the butt, but i think it's worth it. i only go there when i have a car though. good music, good looking crowd and there's also no cover.

vegas.com sells "vip" tickets to rain. you pay and extra $20 to wait in a shorter line. honestly, it's not worth it. if you're set on going to rain, it's better to make a bottle reservation 3 wks in advance so you get access to the whole club. it will cost you min $250/bottle though. but they just restrict so much of the club to vip only, you'll feel ripped off if you pay $40 or wait in line 2 hrs to walk in circles around the tiny dancefloor.

So I buy one bottle of $250 alcohol and they provide all the soda, juice, and any other mixers I want and I'm in with VIP? How many people per table? This sounds like a better deal than the $40 VIP since I get a table, VIP access, and at least a few drinks included.

every club has a different bottle service policy. i would call the club directly and speak with a vip host. they can give you exact details, and you can negotiate deals with them. vegas.com does some sort of line pass "vip" service where you pay an extra $20 to not wait in line. but you don't get access to a vip table or vip area if there is one at the club.

Wow,
I can't believe that clubs give a table with bottle of vodka and all the chasers you need for $250.

If anyone has got these deal please let us know where!!!

Foundation Room @ Mandalay Bay
If you has access to this club -- Don't pass it up. I think Thur - Sat is only VIP ( we went on a friday & it was packed) ... But don't miss out on seeing a great view .. ( in my opin. I think is the best view) of the strip! Check it out if you get a chance ..

I've often found these line passes for auction on ebay quite often. It varies day to day of course, but if you want to try out a club you can check and see. I just looked and there are passes for places like Light, Rain, Club Rio, RA, Risque, Baby's, and more that I can't remember....all starting about $5-10 for the auction. Luck of the draw on the club I suppose. You'd just have to keep checking since the auctions are added/ending everyday.

What are you searching under to find these line passes? I just checked and all that came up was Rio, just like the other day when I checked.

I think I searched under Las Vegas passes and a whole bunch came up. If I'm looking for something specific...i.e. passes for Light, I would search Las Vegas Bellagio and see what comes up. I find that searching by the hotel is more exact, but it will take longer.

The line passes you see for sale on Ebay tend to be the free flyers that promoters hand out. You can usually get these for free at some of the more youth oriented stores in Las Vegas. I had lots of luck at Las Vegas Clubwear across from Mandalay Bay. They said they're moving to a new location soon though. But, if you don't plan on going flyer hunting, buying on Ebay is a sure way to know you'll get what you want.

Usually these flyers will get you in for free on select days, but sometimes the line pass does not help too much. On some days everyone has a line pass and you end up in line behind them.

You just have to be sure to read the ad...most even have pictures. I'd say the majority of them say you CAN use them on weekends, and I figure if it's going to keep you from paying $20 cover charge, it's worth the $5 on ebay if you can find one you want. Just use your own judgement. Plus, I guess I've never been lucky enough to run into anyone passing them out for free...the only thing we get for free is that stupid porn junk

Have fun! graemlins/biggthumpup.gif

Has anyone ever bought any of the line passes for sale on Ebay? I am just wondering how I know they will be honored?

I've never had a bad buy. Just make sure to read about what you're buying to make sure ther's no limitations or exp. date. If it doesn't say, ask the seller. If you can find one that you really want, I think it's worth the $5.
