Night life for the 30+ crowd

First off, WHAT A GREAT BOARD!! My wife and I have been to Vegas 3 times within the last few years, and are returning in January. We are both in our late thirties, (aging to perfection lol) and we are looking for a good rockin' bar where we can "tear it up" so to speak. We love good rock from late 70's forward. A live band would be prefered. We ain't kids, so we don't wanna hang with kids. However, we aren't ready for the soft jazz lounges either. (well maybe on the off nites.) anyway, thanks in advance for any info

I think Studio 54 is cool for all ages. When we went in June we took people ages 21 - 50 to studio 54 ( aunts, uncles, family freinds). And they all had a good time. I mean especailly my aunts & uncles they kept talking about ( like they say ) " The JAMS" they played @ the club.
