On the theory that planning for a wedding can mean a wedding in Las Vegas just as well as anywhere else, I thought this might be of interest to some.
There was an article in the Wall Street Journal last week about wedding Web sites.
The article begins this way: "The Internet has become an indispensible research tool for couples in wedding-planning mode. Everything from flower-arranging tips, to advice on how to pull off a successful toast, are just a few clicks away. But many couples are now setting up their own personalized Web sites to show off photos and replay the details of their courtship."
Five wedding Web sites are specifically mentioned, three of them with an annual fee and two that are free of charge.
Here are the links given in the article, with annual cost figures following in parentheses:
www.weddingwindow.com (http://www.weddingwindow.com) ($79)
www.ewedding.com (http://www.ewedding.com) ($89)
www.theweddingtracker.com (http://www.theweddingtracker.com) ($70)
www.weddingchannel.com (http://www.weddingchannel.com) (free)
www.theknot.com (http://www.theknot.com) (free)
