Does anyone here have experience with a wedding at the Venetian? We're considering the bridge ceremony. How about receptions there... does anyone have experience with that?

Venetian is repackaging the bridge ceremony, and as of a few days ago the website still addressed the old ceremony. Now it's on the big bridge in St. Mark's, with seating for 10 and SR for another 40-50.

I had heard that the acoustics on the bridge are really bad due to the restaurants and the musicians in the area. This could be why they are changing the package. I also heard that the wedding co-ordinators are very snobby and unaccomodating. We didn't have our wedding there, but we did have our reception there and it was amazing!!!

It was actually more of a set-up and traffic flow problem when they were using one of the smaller bridges. And indeed, wherever you go in there, there will be a din.

I have had difficulty with several parts of the house at V. And while the coordinators with whom I've interacted carried a certain air, they seemed genuine. But you know, kennels house mutts and purebreds.
