I've been trying to stay there for Years! It's right across the street from Angel Park, where we always play in October....it looks great, but my buddies who don't get to Vegas nearly as much as I do always want to stay in town..... someday.

We used to stay ther almost every trip. the accomodations are great although the casino is not too large. All the table games are available as well as a good variety of slots. Great breakfast specials at the cafe and the buffet is ok. Pool area is small but usually not crowded.

We stopped staying there when Coast casinos changed thier VP "policy". Comps used to be easy but now very difficult.

You always had good things to say about the Suncoast.

We stayed at Texas station on our last trip in April and will be staying there again for 14 days in September. Very friendly staff, all the games, good restaurants, excellent choice of fast food stations and comps were easy to come by. On the down side, the pool area is very very small and the rooms are nothing special. We go to vegas to play and have done the "mega resort " thing and it is not a priority for us. Fancy rooms do not mean much in our opinion. The rooms are however are very clean and the maid service is excellent.

If you decide to stay there you will need a car. We made it to the Paris one morning for the breakfast buffet, during rush hour in about 20 minutes. Off peak travel was about 10-15 minutes to get to the strip. graemlins/biggthumpup.gif graemlins/biggthumpup.gif
