Palace Station question

Last time out to LV I signed up for the Stations cplayers club card. I was given a sheet(there version of a fun book i guess) with 2-1 buffets, match plays etc.
My question is are these discount coupons given again after a certain time period. If i go to the players booth and show my card do you get another sheet say if your last visit was 6 months or longer ago? Or were they just given to me for signing up?
I thought i remember someone at the players club booth saying you could get these once every few months.
Any thoughts are welcomed.

Stations casinos really cater to the locals. I am not a local but throw my card on every trip.(3 per year) I do not get anything from them other than room offers. I think they may send more stuff if you're there every week like the local crowd is. Still pretty nice places to play though. More comfortable and laid back than downtown or the strip.
