I saw the last topic now I just had to see what the answer would be for this question. "The Strip" meaning MB-Strat. I personally think they are all great except for the IP. I hate that place. Great gambling but that place just looks crumby, same for the rooms. Really run down.

I think it would be impossible to use the words IP and overrated in the same sentence!!!!!
I have no expectations when I go to the IP.

I agree with NewShooter. I don't think people really expect too much out of the IP. The one I feel is way over-rated is the Flamingo. True, I haven't been there in several years (and really don't intend going back) but it sure wasn't a "top-drawer" kinda place then. About the quality of the IP except for their great pool area. Not horrible but definately over-priced and over-rated. Bugsy would be proud. ;)

From what I've seen NY-NY is most overrated. It's as expensive as Caesar's or Mirage but has at best an average quality room to sleep in.
I don't think IP gets overrated, I think it's just a sorespot in an otherwise fantastic hotel strip. I wish they would rebuild like Aladdin did and put a huge pagoda there.

MGM is the most over rated. It is tooooo big. I like to play in a smaller casino. I kept losing the people I came in with.
