I have heard that the Stat has been giving people coupons worth either 4 free Sun-Thur. nights or 2 weekend nights for gambling only a small amount on the slots. Does anyone know just how low the coin-in can be to get this deal? graemlins/eek5.gif

I doubt you'll get a specific $$ amount in response. My experience with the Strat won't directly answer your question, but maybe it will help, along with the responses from others.

I gambled there on nickel slots after joining the slot club last Oct. They were refunding losses for the 1st 30 min. of play plus a 10% bonus. I'm sure I gambled for more than 30 min. but I don't know for sure how long--maybe about and hour and a half to two hours. My total losses were about $30. About 1 week after getting home I rec'd a check for $19 and offers for rooms at $15/night Sun-Thu or $25/night Fri/Sat. These all need to be redeemed by 11/6/02. (We're not going to Vegas 'til Dec. Does anyone know if they'll extend the expiration date? I kind of think not. I wouldn't want to stay there but if I could get my $19 back, why not?)

The letter also states, "Based on your play, you may be entitled to the added benefits of the Tower, High Roller or Big Shot tier levels of the (players) club. These benefits could include a personal Executive casino host, VIP check-in, a reserved window at the Players Club for express service, line passes for all restaurants and other venues, and more!" Obviously they won't be offering me the High Roller or Big Shot offerings--probably not even the Tower ones! But I'm sure that Executive casino host will be standing by the front door waiting for me to get there! graemlins/laughing.gif

I hope this info helps.

My dad played I think he said 20 bucks there and they are getting the same free night offers. He wont take them becuse he dont like the property, but its an offer. If it was free, as cheap as I am, Id take it.
