December TMA Flights - Toledo/Detroit Area

This discount airline has been discussed here in the past, but I wanted to alert anyone new here who lives in the NW Ohio, SE Michigan area that Transmeridian Airlines has a few flights in mid to late December for $79 one way (Toledo Express Airport). The dates to choose from are pretty restrictive, but if you happen to be making a Vegas trip during this time, those fairs can't be beat!!

P.S. I've flown TMA twice, and have very little complaints!

Here's another vote for TMA. I primarily use SWA, but have done the TMA Rockford, IL flight and was quite pleased.
A reminder to the T2Vers that live in the Northwest Chicago area - the Rockford airport offers convience of free parking and no traffic.

Rob,this a good deal, I booked my Dec. 19 trip for about 173.00 round trip from Expedia about a month ago. GO BGSU

This is an unfortunate bump! It appears that TMA is pulling its service from Toledo to Vegas beginning sometime in January. Their web site has no new flights through most of January and my friend, who had a flight booked in February, was told that his flight has been cancelled.

Oh well, looks like I'll have to go back to driving over 2 hours and paying more to fly to my favorite city. graemlins/cry.gif
