I have the same question below. I know you have to reserve them exactly one week before you want to rent one at Mandalay Bay, but I want to know more about them also!! Anybody??? Please??

The last time we had one was about 5 years ago at Treasure Island it was $100. for the day. Came with T.V, A/C, soft drinks in the frig and light snacks. We reserved the day before but I think it would depend on the time of year, this was September.

We are going to Vegas in August and some of our family is staying at the Flamingo the other half is staying at the Rio. We've already booked our Cabana at the Flamingo. It's $150.00 (m-f) When we called to book our room we booked the cabana at the same time. Even picked out the exact day we are going to be using it and already paid for it as well. I guess each hotel is different, seeing as we've already booked it and it's 3 months away still.

My husband and his friends rented a cabana at Harrah's at a bachelor party last month. It was $90 for the day, and it had a fridge and a TV. They didn't reserve it in advance; it was empty (this was a weekday), and they asked if they could rent it for the day.

Just got back from MGM this weekend. It was $150 M-Th and $200 Fri-Sun. There were plenty available too. They say that they don't rent them more than one week in advance.

They have them scattered around the different pools. There were some by the director's pool which is set aside for adults, but if you want to people watch while you lay out then pic one over by the lazy river. That area was always crowded.

Just got back from Mandalay Bay and rented a cabana a week in advance (required), and it comes with a frig. with pop and water, 32 inch t.v., 4 lounge chairs, 4 table chairs, table, 2 inner tubes (for the lazy river), 2 floaties, and all the towels you need, plus drink (very expensive), and food service. all the cabana's have wonderful mists right at your door, some are pool view, and some are not. But they all are scattered around the pool. I am so glad I rented one, because the pool area was a little busy. I never did find the private pool!!

Just got back from the MGM..
The cabana's at the MGM was the best money we spent!!

Details..
$150.00 M-F
Large 3 sided cabana
Table w/ 4 chairs
Ceiling fan
TV
Fridge
lots of bottled water
lots of soda
basket full of friut and snaks
Misters
4 lounge chairs
tons of towels
tubes
cabin attendent
cocktail waitress
we stayed in cabana #6, the lazy river was directly across from us.
By about 4:30/5:00 we had some shade on our little patio..We needed shade by then.
Mondays temp..107.
We got to our cabana about 10:00 am and the cabana's closed at 6:00 but the pools were open till 9:00.
The drinks and food at the pool were good and resonably priced.
My advise... Go for it!
You will not be sorry!!!!
